Refund policy

At LENALIA, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
2. Color and Display Accuracy
Please note that product colors may appear slightly different from the images displayed on our website due to:
- Individual screen settings and calibration
- Lighting conditions during photography
- Natural variations in fabric dye lots
We make every effort to accurately represent our products, however we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product. Color variations due to screen display are not considered grounds for return under this policy.
3. How to Request a Return
Before sending anything back, you must contact us at:

Once your request is reviewed, we will email you with return confirmation and instructions.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked postage service. LENALIA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Items that show signs of wear or damage

Items returned without approval

Items not returned in original packaging

Sale items marked “final sale” (if applicable)
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.
If an exchange is not possible, we will proceed with a refund once the return is approved.
7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will prioritise these cases and offer:

A replacement (subject to stock), or

A refund

8. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

Intimates/swimwear (if applicable)
